About the Role As a Lead Stylist, you'll play an essential role in our day-to-day store operations, working closely with our management team to create an exceptional experience for both our customers and our staff. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and enjoys balancing creativity with responsibility. Beyond the sales floor, this position offers opportunities to explore visual merchandising, event planning, marketing, content creation, and team development. + Styling Create genuine connections with customers and provide thoughtful, personalized styling advice. Lead by example in delivering an exceptional shopping experience. Build lasting customer relationships and help our team achieve daily sales goals. Team Leadership

+ Store Operations Support daily store operations and confidently oversee shifts when management isn't present. Help guide, motivate, and train fellow stylists while maintaining a positive and productive team environment. Assist with opening and closing procedures, inventory management, shipment processing, and general store upkeep. Communicate effectively with management and take initiative in identifying opportunities for improvement. Visual Merchandising

+ Creativity Maintain beautiful, thoughtfully curated displays that reflect our brands. Assist with merchandising new collections, seasonal transitions, and product launches. Bring fresh ideas and a creative perspective to our retail spaces. Marketing

+ Events Participate in social media content creation, modeling, product photography, and other creative projects. Support the planning and execution of in-store events, seasonal celebrations, and community collaborations. Help bring our brands to life through creative storytelling and memorable customer experiences. Qualifications Previous retail experience preferred, ideally in a boutique or fashion-focused environment. Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience is a plus. Comfortable participating in social media content creation and modeling. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and support the team in a leadership capacity. Availability to work 32-40 hours per week, including weekends, holidays, and occasional special events. Willingness to work across our three Duluth locations as needed. Growth
