Store hours:
Monday- Saturday; 9 a.m.
- 10 p.m. Sunday; 11 a.m.
- 6 p.m. Holiday hours; 10 a.m.

Lakeville Liquors Maintain and encourage good public relations with customers and vendors. Establish a positive customer service environment at your location. Ensure customer requests and complaints are handled in a prompt, friendly and courteous manner. Provide circumstance, follow up and outcome to the Store Manager. Attend all required staff meetings, employee meetings and other management or industry related meetings and seminars as directed. Complete interviews for part-time employees as directed by the Store Manager. Provide employee orientation and oversee training of new employees for store location. Provide all staff with continued support, coaching and mentorship. Communicate with Store Manager and staff on a daily basis through verbal, written, and electronic mediums. Complete OSHA safety requirement check list on a monthly basis. Responsible for assisting the Store Manager with product placements, ordering and display objectives within your store. Maintain cleanliness, customer convenience and proper traffic flow. Promotes an efficient, effective and accurate product workflow by checking in shipments, organizing stockrooms, completing of perpetual inventory counts and tracking inventory. Document and report all maintenance issues at your location to the Store Manager. Prepare first draft of employee schedule for your location on a bi-weekly basis while ensuring that you remain within budgeted allocations. Complete banking responsibilities and rounds when necessary or as directed. Provides leadership assistance by giving work direction to part-time employees; securing cash, receipts, and facilities; opening and closing the store. Enforces policies, procedures and laws related to selling liquor (i.e. selling liquor to individuals that are 21 years of age and older and refusing to sell to intoxicated consumers, etc.). Perform other duties as apparent or assigned.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
Must be available to work a schedule that includes a variety of days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software and point of sale software. Excellent product and industry knowledge. Must possess logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES/REQUIREMENTS
This work requires the regular exertion of up to 25 pounds of force, frequent exertion of up to 50 pounds of force and occasional exertion of up to 100 pounds of force; Work regularly requires standing, walking, speaking or hearing, using hands to finger, handle or feel, reaching with hands and arms and repetitive motions and frequently stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling, pushing or pulling and lifting; work has standard vision requirements; Vocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word and conveying detailed or important instructions to others accurately, loudly or quickly; Hearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levels; Work requires visual inspection involving small defects and/or small parts and observing general surroundings and activities; Work is generally in a moderately noisy location (e.g. business office, light traffic). Must be at least 21 years of age. Formal education beyond high school is preferred. Minimum of two years practical experience and knowledge in the alcohol beverage industry. Excellent liquor, beer and wine product knowledge. Excellent customer service skills. Must be available to work a schedule which includes a variety of days, evenings, weekends and holidays. Must possess a valid driver's license. Will be required to lift up to 50 pounds repetitively. Previous key holder, lead or assistant management experience in retail establishment preferred; liquor store retail experience preferred.
