Starting R6,000/month, increasing based on shop performance Reports to: Owner About Dolce Drip Dolce Drip is a takeaway-focused coffee shop in Pinetown. We have a barista and kitchen staff in place we need someone to run daily operations and solve our biggest current problem: low visibility and low sales. What you'll actually be judged on Growth in Mr D Food orders (setup, menu optimization, order volume) Local visibility and foot traffic (social media presence, community awareness of the shop) Smooth daily operations (coffee quality, staff management, stock) Responsibilities Run day-to-day shop operations, oversee barista and kitchen staff Manage and grow our Mr D Food listing menu, photos, promotions, order fulfillment Plan and post content on social media (Instagram/Facebook/TikTok) consistently Identify and execute local marketing tactics to build awareness in the Pinetown/Pine Industry Park area (partnerships, signage, local events, flyers, whatever works) Track and report basic sales numbers weekly Make coffee and cover shifts as needed Requirements Own car and own phone (essential used for deliveries/errands and content creation) Comfortable with social media (posting, basic content creation) Some experience in hospitality, retail, or small business management preferred Self-starter this role is about driving growth, not just holding the fort To apply
