Proven retail management experience with a focus on produce or dairy departments preferred. Demonstrated supervisory experience managing retail sales teams in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and operational procedures. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead effectively and provide clear managerial communication.
