We're looking for outgoing, compassionate, and dependable Wellness Associates to join our SLP team. Whether you're a pet care pro or just getting started, if you love pets and enjoy helping others, this may be the perfect fit! Key Responsibilities Greet every customer and pet with enthusiasm and warmth. Guide customers through product options to meet their pet's specific needs. Check-in/check-out grooming and walk-in service clients. Educate and promote Good Life Memberships to pet parents. Manage POS system and handle accurate cash/credit transactions. Maintain clean, organized shelves and store environment. Support inventory management and stocking. Assist customers with carry-out to their vehicle when needed. Answer phones with professionalism and provide helpful information. Remain current on promotions, sales goals, and pet wellness knowledge. Attend all required training sessions, both in-store and ongoing. Handle other duties assigned by leadership with positivity and teamwork. Qualifications No specific education or experience required—customer service experience preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and social skills. Ability to take initiative, follow procedures, and work both independently and collaboratively. Must be friendly, upbeat, and mission-driven . Comfortable lifting/carrying up to 50 pounds regularly. Training & Growth Ongoing product and pet education is required for continued success. Hands-on support from experienced managers to help you grow.
