Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Store Manager to manage day to day operations and drive store success. Duties Lead and supervise all store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service initiatives Manage payroll, scheduling, and employee orientation to ensure smooth staffing coverage Oversee purchasing decisions, pricing strategies, and merchandising to maximize sales and profitability Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, cash handling, and sales reporting with accuracy Monitor inventory levels through stock management techniques; conduct regular stock counts and audits Implement marketing strategies to attract customers and promote store promotions or special events Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Enforce operational policies related to safety, cleanliness, and store appearance in compliance with company guidelines Analyze sales data and prepare reports to inform decision-making; manage budgets effectively Manage social media accounts and post day to day relevant content Qualifications Proven management experience within the retail industry; supervisory or assistant manager experience preferred Strong knowledge of retail sales techniques, inventory management, POS systems, and merchandising practices Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills coupled with phone etiquette and managerial communication expertise Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
