Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Assistant Manager:
Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations Coach, motivate, and develop team members Ensure great guest service, food quality, and cleanliness standards Assist with scheduling, labor management, and hitting sales goals Help hire, train, and onboard new team members Monitor inventory, food prep, and product quality Handle customer concerns and ensure a positive experience Maintain a clean, safe, and "inspection-ready" restaurant Support marketing promotions and local store initiatives Assistant Managers are required to have: Must be 18+ years old Eligible to work in the U.S. Reliable transportation Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, and holidays) Ability to work peak hours (lunch/dinner rushes) Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Willingness to complete company training programs Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred) Strong communication and team-building skills Positive, high-energy attitude with a hands-on leadership style Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills Customer-focused (hospitality-driven) mindset
