A Retail Associate Manager assists the manager at a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. Supervises sales associates and retail store operations. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. May prepare work schedules and hire, train and evaluate sales associates. May supervise warehouse, cleaning, maintenance or security staff. Assists with resolving customer complaints.

We're looking for an exceptional Assistant Manager with 2+ years of automotive experience who is driven to deliver outstanding customer service and leads by example. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who coaches from the front and pushes their team to improve every day in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
