This a drop off and pickup location, no production is done here. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into a long-term leadership position with a stable, family-owned company. Our current store manager is preparing for retirement after more than 30 years with the company, and we are looking for the right person to train and develop into a future management role. No dry-cleaning experience is required — we provide comprehensive paid training. Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service and create a positive customer experience Assist with daily store operations and workflow management Learn all aspects of store management through hands-on training Work closely with team members in a fast-paced environment Help maintain company standards for quality, organization, and service Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently Support scheduling, production flow, and day-to-day store needs Reliability Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Leadership potential and reliability Good problem-solving skills Ability to work well in a team environment Previous retail, hospitality, restaurant, or management experience is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required Schedule Approximately 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday Some Saturdays 9:00 - 3:00 PM Pay & Benefits $15.00 per hour during training Negotiated increase once training is completed Quarterly performance bonuses based on store goals, after training completed 401(k) with company match Dental insurance Free dry cleaning Paid training Long-term advancement opportunities Why Join Medlin-Davis?
