Outside Sales Representative — Concrete (Preset Appointments + Company Truck) Compensation $500/week base salary Commission on every job you close (uncapped) Company truck provided + fuel reimbursed Custom in-house CRM built specifically for our workflow What You'll Do Run preset appointments with homeowners we've already booked for you — no cold calling, no door knocking Drive to each property, measure the job, walk the customer through their options, and leave them with a written estimate Follow up consistently with every lead until they're closed, scheduled, or a confirmed no Close deals and hand them off cleanly to our installation crew Coordinate install timing directly with the homeowner and the crew lead Stay in communication with our admin team so anything that comes up mid-job gets resolved fast What We Provide Pre-qualified leads and booked appointments — your job is to close, not prospect Company truck and fuel reimbursement A CRM designed around our exact sales process so nothing slips Backed by an admin team and install crews you can lean on What We're Looking For Someone who can show up, measure accurately, and present a written estimate with confidence Strong follow-up discipline — most deals are won on the 3rd or 4th touch Clean driving record (you'll be in our truck) Comfortable being the bridge between the homeowner, the install crew, and our office Hungry Driven Ready Pay Structure Recap $500/week guaranteed + commission on every closed job.
