Part-Time Retail Sales for Women's Boutique About the Role Fleet-Plummer is looking for a part-time sales associate to join our women's boutique team! If you enjoy fashion, like helping people find pieces they love, and want to work in a locally owned, family-operated store with a 77-year legacy in Greensboro, this role may be a great fit. What You Will Do Greet customers and provide warm, attentive service on the sales floor Help clients find the right sizes, styles, and pieces, including apparel, jewelry, and accessories Keep the boutique beautiful by restocking, organizing, and maintaining a clean, inviting shopping environment Work closely with our existing staff to support a consistent, high-quality customer experience Who We Are Looking For A genuine interest in women's fashion and helping customers Friendly, approachable, and professional on the floor Comfortable working in a busy retail environment A team player who communicates well and is easy to work with Why Join Us?
