We are in need of a caring and compassionate individual to assist us in achieving our mission of increasing the quality of life for the individuals whom we serve. Our day support setting is intended to be a fun place to engage in activities throughout the day for the individuals we serve. We are looking for a strong leader to join our team who will be supervising a team of 10 paraprofessional staff members. This position will be responsible for ensuring that daily activities schedules are adhered to, will ensure compliance with Ambleside and State regulations, and will educate staff. Applicants with IDD group home or day support service provision experience are preferred. Qualified candidates must have at least:

• High school diploma
• Active NC Drivers License
• A Caring Heart
• Good References
