May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Job DescriptionJob Duties Lead a team of delivery drivers and csrs to ensure orders are expedited quickly and correctlyMaintain staffing levels that mirror the needs of business at any point of the dayWhen closing, responsible for end of the night bank depositsWhen closing, responsible for doing a nightly product inventory countWhen opening, ensure the store is set up properly and ready to receive orders upon time of openFoster and project a sense of urgency with each and every orderComfortable with dispute resolution and ensuring every unhappy customer is a returning customerCollect money and signed credit card receipts from delivery drivers at the end of their shiftEnsure vehicles used for delivery pass inspection, both mechanically and visuallyAssist with routing delivery drivers to maximize service to customers while maintaining Dominos standards of orders delivered on timeUphold Dominos standards of grooming, uniform, and appearancePromote pizza products, specials, and promotionsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
