Responsibilities:
Learn our sales process and be ready to greet Customers with enthusiasm. Hire, schedule, and supervise Wireless Sales Associates. Provide consistent sales training using corporate Sales Process. Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPI) as defined by company and industry standards. Perform daily interactions of coaching/mentoring for the team. Create a positive work environment for your team and lead by example. Handle customer situations and make equitable decisions for the customer and the company. Solicit, coordinate, schedule, and participate in community events and perform other duties as assigned by management Set an example of high personal and professional conduct for employees and others.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Bilingual in Spanish Required. Must be available to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have reliable transportation. Must possess outstanding organizational, leadership, and motivational skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good at math and cash handling. Background check required. Ready to lean, work hard (flexible scheduling)
