Overview Join our dynamic team as a Frozen Dairy Beverage Manager in training! This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills while gaining comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, product management, and customer service within the frozen dairy beverage industry. This paid position is designed to prepare you for future management roles by providing hands-on experience in store management, sales strategies, inventory control, and team supervision. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer experiences. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and conducting stock counts to maintain product availability. Participate in recruiting efforts by interviewing candidates and assisting with employee orientation and onboarding processes. Help oversee sales activities, including pricing strategies, promotional merchandising, and POS system operations to maximize revenue. Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on customer service standards, cash handling procedures, and operational tasks. Contribute to training and development initiatives to enhance team skills in retail sales, product knowledge, and operational procedures. Maintain organized records of sales transactions, payroll data, bookkeeping entries, and inventory control logs to ensure accuracy and compliance. Qualifications Demonstrated experience or familiarity with retail industry sales teams or management roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and manage managerial responsibilities. Previous experience in supervising staff or managing retail operations is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of grocery store or food service industry practices is advantageous but not required.
