You'll ideally have:3+ years of management experience, preferably in retail, automotive, automotive parts, or a related industryExperience leading, coaching, and developing a teamStrong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skillsA track record of building customer relationships and driving salesThe ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailA valid driver's license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle RecordAutomotive parts experience is preferred, but strong retail leaders who are willing to learn are encouraged to apply.
