Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance with mobile devices, plans, and accessories Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits of various devices and services Assist customers with selecting suitable plans, upselling additional products or services to maximize satisfaction and sales Manage stock levels by merchandising displays, stocking shelves, and ensuring the store is well-organized and inviting Handle all cash transactions accurately through POS (Point of Sale) systems while maintaining proper cash handling procedures Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or in person Support retail sales goals through effective communication skills, product knowledge, and proactive customer engagement Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership roles Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly and confidently Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Experience in merchandising, stocking, or working in a grocery store environment is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for transactions and inventory management Join us to be part of an energetic team that thrives on connecting people through innovative mobile solutions!
