Full-time Job Description:

Store Ops & Sales:

Direct daily operations, promotions, and events to drive revenue.

Inventory Control:

Oversee stock management, annual audits, vendor returns, and merchandising.

HR & Leadership:

Manage hiring, scheduling, payroll, staff development, and performance reviews.

Financials:

Process cash deposits, banking, accounts payable, expenses, and local checks.

Reporting:

Submit regular sales and operational reports to U.S. and Japan headquarters.

Facilities & Safety:

Oversee lease/landlord negotiations, workplace safety, and emergency prep. Qualifications High school diploma / GED or equivalent experience. 5+ years of retail bookstore experience. 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role (Assistant Manager level or above). POS, barcode/label printers, shrink wrap machines, office machinery, Windows OS, and Back Office inventory management software.
