An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

As an Assistant Workshop Supervisor, you'll help keep our workshop running smoothly while supporting a safe, productive, and respectful environment for the individuals we serve.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll work alongside our Workshop Supervisors and team to help ensure daily operations run safely and efficiently.
Your day may include:
Setting up work operations and completing assignments provided by the Workshop Supervisor. Handling materials and assisting with various workshop tasks. Keeping work areas clean, organized, and safe . Maintaining quality standards and ensuring work is completed properly. Assisting with production and inventory records. Monitoring assigned equipment and promptly reporting any problems or malfunctions. Helping protect and secure agency equipment and materials. Supporting the safety, well-being, and inclusion of participants in the workshop. Working collaboratively with Workshop, Rehabilitation, and administrative staff. Participating in meetings and contributing to a positive team environment. Stepping in as a substitute for the Workshop Supervisor when assigned and helping maintain continuity of operations.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English regarding work-related tasks. Ability to perform basic math computations at a high school level. Ability to successfully complete required training, including: CPR/First Aid DDD/DVR Requirements Mental Health First Aid Ethics Training every two years
