Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies. Monitor and analyze sales performance and key performance indicators (KPIs). Manage customer service standards, VIP customer relationships, and customer feedback. Recruit, train, schedule, and manage store employees and team performance. Manage inventory, product operations, and Visual Merchandising (VM). Analyze sales and retail trends to optimize product assortment and store performance. Coordinate with headquarters and execute promotional and marketing programs. Maintain a high-quality in-store customer experience and support overall business growth. ■ Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail operations, store management, or a related field. Experience managing sales performance and KPIs. Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills. Beauty or cosmetics retail experience, such as Olive Young, Sephora, or similar retailers, preferred.
