We're looking for a Salon Manager to join our team and help create the welcoming, polished and seamless experience our guests & team know and love. Our Salon Managers are an important part of the energy and flow of the salon—welcoming guests, connecting with our service providers, managing appointments and helping each day run smoothly. What your day might look like: Welcoming guests and making them feel at home from the moment they arrive Answering phones and assisting guests with appointments and questions Mangaging inventory levels and ordering products Social media marketing Scheduling and coordinating services across our hair, skin, nail and massage departments Checking guests in and out and processing transactions Learning and working within our Meevo scheduling system Communicating with service providers throughout the day to keep schedules flowing Helping guests with future appointments, gift cards, products and service recommendations Assisting with schedule changes and client communication Keeping the front desk and guest areas polished and organized Working alongside our team to create an exceptional overall guest experience Who we'd love to meet: Someone who is friendly, professional, organized and genuinely enjoys interacting with people. You're comfortable juggling a few things at once, communicating with both guests and staff, and being part of a team where everyone contributes. Previous salon, spa, hospitality, retail or personel management experience is expected, but we're also happy to meet someone with the right personality and leadership qualities with a willingness to learn. Position Details Full-time | $20-$30/hour based on experience Schedule includes weekdays, evenings and Saturdays . Benefits include 401(k), paid time off, employee discounts and flexible scheduling.
