Sodowireless is a Cricket wireless dealer in the New Mexico Area. We are looking for fun, upbeat, hard-working people to join our expanding family. We are currently at 14 locations with a staff of over 50 team members who are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers. You're positive, upbeat, passionate, competitive, and determined to thrive in a rapidly changing environment. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals and managing and driving your sales staff to success is your primary focus. As a store manager, you will be highly involved in sales management, operational duties, safety and security of our employees, and motivating the rest of your team to greatness. You will be highly involved in hiring, training, and development of your team to ensure your location sales objectives are attained. Required Skills Responsibility's for our store managers include but are not limited to the following. We rely on your ability to create sales momentum and the ability to work well in a team environment and to lead by example.
You will also:
Recruit, train, coach and develop sales staff on all aspects of sales for Sodo Wireless including, but not limited to, sales techniques, products, promotions, and procedures energetic, organized, and motivated individual who wants to make a difference and inspire exceptional customer service and performance Actively manage and motivate sales team every day to ensure Sodo Wireless sales quotas are being met or exceeded Provide effective performance feedback to all staff and sets timeframe for achievement Consistently find ways to increase employee and location productivity, and drive sales Maintain appropriate level of staffing at location by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees Ensure availability of merchandise by maintaining inventory levels Market merchandise by adhering to advertising, sales promotion, and display plans Secure merchandise Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as required Handle scheduling of staff at location to ensure appropriate shift coverage Handle all intensified customer service issues with professionalism Execute daily operational procedures with efficiency, diligence, and integrity Communicate, execute, and enforce Sodowireless policies and procedures Cash management, handling deposits Other duties as assigned. Education/ Experience Requirements High School diploma, AA preferred 3-5 years of experience in a retail sales environment, 2 years in a management/leadership We also have expectations that you bring the following traits: Excellent interpersonal skills Commitment to excellent customer service Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge Relevant history of high retail sales performance Travel Requirements Varies by location
