$80K + Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor based in Queens that is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to oversee commercial HVAC service operations throughout New York City's five boroughs. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader with extensive commercial HVAC experience, excellent client management skills, and the ability to oversee technicians and daily service operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day commercial HVAC service operations across NYC
• Supervise and support HVAC service technicians in the field
• Coordinate scheduling, dispatching, maintenance, repairs, and emergency service calls
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients
• Oversee service contracts, quotations, and project coordination
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
• Monitor department performance, labor, and operational efficiency
• Assist with recruiting, training, and developing service staff

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC service management experience
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, controls, boilers, chillers, RTUs, and related equipment
• Experience managing field teams and multiple client accounts/projects
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
