The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee the activities of the parts team. Enforce processes and procedures approved by management and ensure production tickets are processed accurately in a reasonable time.
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the picking of all orders and the processing of production job tickets Perform cycle counts of inventory daily Develop training plans for new staff Develop departmental work instructions including SOP's Monitor team members to assess their job performance; provide feedback and document when necessary Review and approve employee timesheets and PTO requests
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of material handling and inventory management; prior industry experience is a plus Must be able to lift and move up to 70 pounds Must have knowledge and ability navigate company computer systems Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills Effective oral and written communication skills D&W Diesel, Inc. is an employee-owned, $125 million business with over 350 employees in 8 locations. Compensation Range:
$23-$26 hour
