Enforce store policies on safety, cleanliness, and organization while ensuring compliance with company standards. Utilize strong communication skills to coordinate with vendors, staff, and upper management for smooth store functioning. Experience Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within the retail industry with a focus on sales team supervision. Demonstrated ability in managing inventory control, POS systems, cash handling, and operational procedures. Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams and fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent organizational skills coupled with time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with retail math concepts such as pricing strategies, sales analysis, and budgeting processes. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
