onsemi is seeking a Shift Manager in our East Fishkill, Hopewell Junction site. The Shift Manager is the single‑point owner of factory performance for an assigned shift in the East Fishkill 300mm Wafer Fab. This role is accountable for delivering safe, stable, and cost‑effective manufacturing results through decisive leadership, rigorous enforcement of standards, and end‑to‑end ownership of operational outcomes. Unlike traditional supervisory roles, the Shift Manager is expected to define problems, make decisions, mobilize resources, and drive issues to resolution, not simply identify and escalate them. Success in this role requires strong judgment, operational discipline, and the ability to lead effectively through complexity while balancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost in real time. Each shift under this role's leadership is expected to leave the factory in a measurably stronger operating position, with improved stability, reduced risk, and clear ownership of any remaining issues. N1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Saturday 6:30 PM-7:00 AM, 15% night shift differential N2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, every other Saturday 6:30 PM-7:00 AM, 15% night shift differential Experience in semiconductor manufacturing 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or other high‑reliability operational environments. Demonstrated history of owning operational results, not just supervising activity. Proven ability to make sound decisions under time pressure and ambiguity. Strong track record of leading people through problems, change, and accountability. Perferred Qualifications Experience owning shift‑based operations with advanced tools, tightly coupled processes, and high operational risk. Background in structured problem solving, performance management, and operational excellence systems.

Salary:

onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is $101,700 to $172,700 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of the internal equity of our current team members.
