An Assistant Retail Store Manager provides support to the Manager of a retail store, either an independent business or a store that is part of a large retail chain. May have primary responsibility for hiring and training retail sales staff. Reviews and monitors merchandise sales, inventory and prices, and directs advertising and promotions. Supervises sales, warehouse, cleaning, maintenance and security staff and prepares work schedules. Responsible for resolving customer complaints.

Hadlock Paint Co. We have three locations in Rochester. Victor, Pittsford, and Webster. You will work in different stores during the week. We are Rochesters oldest paint store (105 years) and Rochesters best Paint Store - voted Best Paint Store 15 years in a row in the D&C's Readers Choice poll. Our people and our customers enjoy a fun atmosphere in our stores. You will work four weekdays and Saturdays about 47 hrs. a week. Great pay and benefits.
