Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day laundromat operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment Manage and schedule attendants Handle customer issues and provide excellent service Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs Manage cash handling and basic reporting Track and reorder supplies Qualifications 3+ years of management experience and/or experience managing a team 2 years experience in hospitality, hotel environments or retail management is highly desirable Knowledge of dry cleaning techniques and laundry processes is preferred Strong leadership and accountability skills Reliable, organized, and hands-on Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Health, dental, vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off Schedule Full-time role, includes evenings and weekends as needed
