Manage two distinct operational areas with full accountability for budgetary performance and P&L results
Oversee the 650 Department encompassing Post Cast, Sand Blast, and Finishing Operations with 7 Supervisors and 85 hourly employees across 3 shifts
Provide direct oversight of the Foundry Department with 4 Supervisors and 24 hourly employees operating across 2 shifts
Drive key performance metrics including quality, safety, KPIs, and on-time delivery standards
Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to consistently achieve operational targets and deliver measurable results Key Requirements
BS/BA degree required
Strong manufacturing (MFG) background with demonstrated leadership and resilience
Proven ability to leverage KPIs, metrics, analytical tools, and data-driven approaches to inform decision-making Additional Information
