We are a bustling, high-energy toy store dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for kids and families. We are currently looking for an upbeat, reliable, and responsible Part-Time Keyholder to help us lead our fast-paced team and keep the magic running smoothly.

The Role:

As a Keyholder, you'll do more than just sell toys; you are a vital part of store leadership. This is a hands-on role where you will balance customer service, and store operations.

What You'll Do:

Store Operations:

Safely open and close the store, manage cash registers, and accurately process transactions.

Customer Magic:

Greet families, offer expert toy recommendations, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.

Team Leadership:

Assist the Store Manager in directing team members, organizing the sales floor, and keeping shelves stocked.

Inventory & Merchandising:

Receive incoming shipments, organize the stockroom, and build fun, eye-catching displays.

What We're Looking For:

Education:

High school graduate or equivalent

Experience:

Experience in Cash handling or supervisory responsibilities.

Availability:

Must have a flexible schedule and be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays (our busiest times of the year!).

Energy & Attitude:

Friendly, outgoing personality who loves engaging with customers and is passionate about toys.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods, and lift/move boxes up to 30 lbs to 40 lbs.

Reliability:

A highly dependable self-starter who can work independently and make quick, responsible decisions.
