Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Store Manager to lead our retail team to success! Duties Lead and motivate the retail sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences Manage daily store operations including inventory control, merchandising, stocking, and cash handling Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees while providing ongoing training and development opportunities Implement effective pricing strategies, purchasing decisions, and inventory management practices to maximize profitability Supervise shift management, manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Foster a positive team environment through clear communication, managerial coaching, and performance evaluations Qualifications Proven management experience in jewelry or retail store settings with management responsibilities Strong skills in employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, cash handling procedures, and retail math calculations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated leadership in retail sales team management with experience in sales management and operational oversight Knowledge of merchandising, pricing strategies, stock control, and retail industry best practices Effective communication skills including phone etiquette and managerial communication techniques Previous experience in jewelry or similar retail environments is preferred Join us as a Store Manager where your leadership fuels success!
