Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee HVAC service technicians, dispatching, and daily field operations Ensure excellent customer service and resolve escalated service issues or complaints Drive service department profitability by managing labor efficiency, pricing, and KPIs Schedule and coordinate maintenance, repair, and emergency service work Maintain service quality, safety compliance, and technician performance standards

Qualifications:

Proven management or sales experience in ANY residential skilled trade. 2+ years of experience managing a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
