We are seeking a Retail Store Manager who will be responsible for helping direct and manage all aspects of store operations and occasionally help out local stores that need assistance.

What you'll be doing: Prepare and balance daily reports, make deposits and maintain and balance inventory records on a computerized point-of-sale system. Update trend sheets, master spreadsheets and all daily paperwork Oversee merchandising, displays and signage. Ensure all prices on shelves have a price label and match scanned prices Participation in loss prevention control. Monitor sales and inventory trends to forecast sales and maintain adequate stock levels. Lead safety program for employees and customers to ensure a safe workplace Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, preparing and conducting performance evaluations; and handling employee relations issues with HR. Prepare work schedules, establish and implement work procedures and priorities. Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. What we're looking for: 1 year retail customer service experience is required 2 year as a supervisor or manager of a retail store or gas station is preferred Superior customer service skills, and demonstrated ability to diffuse heated conversations Excellent judgment, ability to make quick decisions when necessary and willingness to obtain leadership approval when necessary.
