Full-Time Produce Manager Grocery Outlet - Redmond, Oregon Position Summary Grocery Outlet is looking for a motivated, dependable, and experienced Produce Manager to lead our produce department. This position is responsible for creating an outstanding fresh produce experience for our customers through excellent merchandising, product quality, inventory management, and team leadership. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, understands fresh food operations, and enjoys the fast pace and variety of the grocery business. Responsibilities Lead daily operations of the Produce Department, including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and maintaining freshness standards Ensure exceptional product quality, appearance, and availability Build attractive displays that drive sales and create an enjoyable shopping experience Manage inventory levels, rotation, shrink control, and product markdowns Maintain proper food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards Receive and inspect incoming produce deliveries for quality and accuracy Train, coach, and support produce team members Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs Help achieve department sales, margin, and operational goals Take ownership of department performance and continuously look for ways to improve Qualifications Previous produce, grocery, retail, or fresh food experience preferred but not necessary Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift What We Offer Full-time position with competitive pay Opportunity to lead and grow within a successful local grocery operation A team-focused environment where your ideas and hard work make a difference Employee discounts and benefits opportunities If you are passionate about fresh food, enjoy leading a team, and want to make an impact every day, we would love to meet you!
