We Are Looking For We are seeking an individual with a spirit of adventure and a talent for serving others to help lead our team. You are a great match if you have a collaborative mindset, an ability to inspire others, and a desire to grow with us. To be successful in this role, you will have: A High School Diploma or GED. Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role. Previous experience in retail, cosmetics, and customer service. Prior keyholder experience is preferred. Strong communication and analytical skills, with basic computer proficiency. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including 2 closing shifts per week and 2 full weekends per month. The ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs. regularly. Bilingual abilities (Spanish or Mandarin) are a plus!
