Job Summary Coffee Bar Manager Friendly personality and customer service mentalityCarry out all merchandising programs for the departmentOrder merchandise and control inventorySupervise and provide in depth training for department personnelMake sure products are prepared, priced, promoted, restocked, etc. according to approved procedures while minimizing waste and maintaining maximum profitabilityCoordinate the building of displays, signs, and the arrangement of products within the departmentInsure favorable department image to the highest standards of presentation to increase the McCaffreys brandFollow all safe food handling procedures and insure that staff also compliesPerform all functions of Baristas in the department when necessaryPerform other duties as assigned by the store manager
