This is a real leadership seat. You own the P&L, build the team, and set the tone for how customers experience us. What you'll actually do Build and coach a team of 4-6 people who show up because they want to Own the numbers — revenue, collections, delivery, inventory — and know them cold Sit with customers, understand what they need, and structure agreements they can live with Keep the store looking sharp and the trucks running safe Grow the customer base through relationships, local presence, and repeat business What we're offering $56,000
