Starting at $16/hour https://everlorehollow.com We are looking for a creative and hungry individual who is comfortable without a lot of oversight, and needs a flexible schedule. This is the perfect role for someone in college or fresh out looking for a path to a career that isn't sitting in a cubicle. Since we are currently a small team of 2 (Travis and Cheyenne, the founders of Everlore Hollow), you must be able to take initiative. We want opening an Everlore Hollow box to feel like someone sent you a piece of another world. We ship magic in a box. That magic is made by our attention to detail. Every mistake we make is a moment our reader is brought back to earth and loses that magic. This means you must have an immense amount of pride in your work, and high attention to detail. We write the stories, design the products, make them, pack them, and send them to our readers. We've built this business together, and we're ready to welcome our first employee. You'll help us turn the stories and products we've imagined into something a reader can actually hold. Your work will be part of the moment they open their box. Most days, that means straightforward, hands-on work: Preparing books and putting their pages and inserts together. Stuffing envelopes and adding finishing touches such as wax seals. Filling tea canisters and applying labels. Assembling story kits and packing products. Checking your work and keeping your station organized. Other days, you may be: Brainstorming marketing ideas Shooting ads Creating new product lines We've put thought into making these tasks easy to learn, with organized workstations and clear examples. Much of the work is repetitive, and some can be done seated. You might spend a good stretch of a shift preparing books or labeling canisters (feel free to listen to your headphones). If you enjoy getting into a rhythm, working with your hands, and seeing a stack of finished work grow beside you, you may really like it here. The person we're looking for takes pride in doing simple things well. You show up when you say you will. You keep a steady pace. You notice when a label is crooked or something is missing. You ask when you're unsure, tell us when you hit a problem, and keep working through the next batch without needing someone to remind you. The last box of the day deserves the same care as the first. Someone has been looking forward to receiving it. You don't need a degree, experience, or an impressive résumé. We'll teach you the work. Dependability, attention, and follow-through are what we're looking for. You'll work directly with us in a very small business where your contribution is easy to see. When you help get production finished, you give us room to write the next episode, develop the next product, and bring more of Everlore to life. You'll also get a close look at how a creative business is built, from an idea to a finished product to the person opening it. We care deeply about that person. The details, the quality, and the feeling they get from what we make guide our decisions. We want someone who will care about their part in it, too. We're hiring for the work we need today, with ambitions for what we can build together. As Everlore grows, we expect new responsibilities and positions to emerge. Our intention is to look within our team as those opportunities open. Production, inventory, operations, content, and other areas could offer different paths depending on what the business needs and where your interests and strengths develop. If you want to learn more and take on more over time, we want to hear that. You may be fitting work around school, another commitment, or simply looking for a part-time job you can feel good about. What matters is finding a schedule that works for both of us and being able to count on each other. This position starts at $16 per hour and is based at our workspace in McKeesport, Pennsylvania . It is an on-site role. Employer-sponsored health insurance is not offered. To apply, send a résumé if you have one, along with a few sentences about yourself, your availability, and what caught your attention about the job. An example of something you've taken pride in doing well would tell us a lot.
