We're looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant Store Manager Part-Time who loves fashion, vintage culture, customer service, and helping create a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with customers Assist customers with styling, sizing, and product recommendations Open and close the boutique independently Support daily store operations, merchandising, and restocking Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation Process sales through POS system Assist with social media content, live sales, and promotional events Help train and guide team members when needed Support inventory organization and tagging of merchandise Assist during special events, sales weekends, and boutique launches Qualifications Retail or customer service experience preferred Passion for vintage fashion and unique styling Strong communication and people skills Reliable, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Basic social media knowledge is a plus Flexible availability, including weekends What We're Looking For We want someone energetic, positive, creative, and ready to help grow the next chapter of Pepper Lee Boutique.
