Job Description
Looking for a Shop Manager Job includes organizing shop jobs, hard measuring jobs to build. Must know how to read a tape measure and shop prints. Need to be able to do last minute orders or be able to handle whatever situations arise. Must be mechanically inclined. Needs to know how to deal with a crew and assign work. Must be familiar with manufacturing. We are a custom wrought iron railing shop. ADA rails & radius rails. All metal fabrication. Creativity is a plus. Need applicants to know how to build railings. Minimum of 4 years welding experience or and fabricating experience. We go from very decorative fancy railings to plain rails. Big jobs to small jobs. Residential and commercial. You will be taught our methods that we use here. We build, paint and install all our jobs. DRIVERS license required! We do mostly metal fabrication. Light metal forging. Mig welding is what we mostly use. Onsite repairs Miscellaneous metal work etc. Must be people friendly and able to work well with others. No Drugs, alcohol or drama needed We work Monday-Friday Closed weekends Must pass a weld test Salary based on experience. Apply online or call to stop in as hours vary.
