Job Overview:

Mr. Bins is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our Scranton store. The Branch Manager will play a pivotal role in driving sales, optimizing operations, and ensuring that customers receive outstanding service in our high-traffic retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

a branch manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of 5-8 members. Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, and training new employees, as well as cross-training current staff. Create the weekly schedule for your team based on the store's needs for that particular week. Maintain a high level of accountability with your staff. Act as a point of contact for internal issues within the store.

Customer Service Excellence:

Uphold Mr. Bins' commitment to providing exceptional customer service by ensuring that all customers receive prompt assistance, accurate information, and personalized attention. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy, striving to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction. Cultivate positive relationships with customers through effective communication, product knowledge, and genuine engagement.

Operational Management:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, merchandise processing, and facility maintenance, to ensure efficient and organized workflows. Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards to maintain compliance and mitigate risks. Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting

Specific Responsibilities:

Oversees opening and closing procedures for the store. Manages the cash management system and ensures proper security protocols. Develops and implements employee schedules within Mr. Bins guidelines. Cross references all employee check-in times and prepares payroll Onboards and trains new employees. Manages branch inventory levels orders supplies from a central system. Maintains adequate stock levels of store supplies. Conducts Bi-weekly receipt reviews to ensure no theft Oversees bin restocking system Oversees bin restocking schedule Oversees how much inventory is put out per drop Overlooks store cleanliness and organization both inside and outside

Qualifications:

Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a high-traffic retail environment. Strong leadership abilities with a track record of successfully leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and operational targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders. Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising principles, and sales techniques. Proficiency in POS and retail management software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and situations.
