Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Automotive Body Shop Manager to lead our collision repair team with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations of the body shop, ensuring high-quality repairs, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service. Your leadership will drive efficiency Duties Manage the overall operations of the collision repair shop, including workflow coordination and staff supervision Lead auto body repair projects from estimation to completion, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and quality standards Utilize computer-aided vehicle damage estimating software to accurately assess repairs and communicate with clients Oversee the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment while maintaining strict safety protocols and PPE use Conduct defect root cause analysis to resolve recurring issues in collision repairs and improve processes Coordinate with clients to provide updates on repair progress and handle inquiries professionally Ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations specific to collision repair shops, including proper handling of paints, auto glass, aluminum, metal fabrication materials, and auto painting processes Qualifications Proven dealership or collision repair shop management experience with a strong background in automotive body work repairs Join us as an Automotive Body Shop Manager where your expertise will lead a team dedicated to restoring vehicles with precision and care. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
