Dollar General seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support daily retail operations in our York, PA location. In this on-site role, you'll help lead store associates, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment. You'll assist with cash handling, inventory control, merchandising, and execution of company standards. Collaborating closely with the Store Manager, you'll help schedule staff, guide performance, and resolve customer issues while driving sales and efficiency in a fast-paced setting.
