Job Description
Sales Closer MGR Beauty Academy Pico Rivera, CA Job Details Contract 7 hours ago Qualifications CRM software Sales Full Job Description Sales Closer — MGR Beauty Academy Hybrid Pico Rivera, CA Contract Commission Only Know how to turn a good conversation into a confident enrollment? MGR Beauty Academy is looking for experienced closers who can build trust, communicate value, handle objections professionally, and follow through. If you have a track record of closing sales—not just booking appointments—we want to hear from you. We offer beauty classes and workshops in hair, makeup, nails, and lashes, along with professional products and kits. Your focus will be helping prospective students choose the right class or workshop and complete their enrollment. This is a sales role, not an instructor position. Compensation — clear, flat-fee commissions $50 for closing a workshop deposit or a workshop paid in full. $150 for closing a class deposit. $200 for closing a class paid in full. One commission applies per enrollment. Commissions do not stack. If you close a class deposit, your commission is $150; later balance payments do not create an additional commission or increase it to $200. This is a commission-only opportunity. The amounts above are per closed enrollment, not an hourly wage or guaranteed monthly salary. Earnings depend on the number and type of enrollments you close. Commission payment timing and written terms will be provided before work begins. What you'll do Follow up with prospective students through calls, text, email, and social media inquiries using approved company channels. Ask focused questions about each prospect's goals, experience, availability, and program interests. Explain approved class schedules, workshop details, kit inclusions, pricing, and enrollment steps accurately. Handle questions and objections with confidence, professionalism, and respect. Ask for the enrollment, send the correct approved enrollment or checkout link, and follow through on agreed next steps. Keep lead notes, follow-up tasks, and sales opportunities organized in GoHighLevel or the company's designated CRM. Coordinate a clear handoff to admissions so student information and next steps are not lost. Track sales activity and closing results, and look for ways to improve conversion. What we're looking for Proven experience closing sales, with specific examples of results. Strong discovery, objection-handling, and follow-up skills. Confidence communicating by phone and in writing. Experience managing a sales pipeline and maintaining accurate CRM records. Professional judgment, consistent follow-through, and respect for customer privacy. An honest, consultative approach that prioritizes the right fit—not pressure or misleading promises. Ability to attend the on-site portion of this hybrid role in Pico Rivera. Experience in education enrollment, beauty-industry sales, consultative sales, or other high-consideration purchases is a plus. GoHighLevel experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are helpful, but not required. Work arrangement Hybrid, with some on-site work at MGR Beauty Academy, 8425 Rosemead Blvd, Pico Rivera, CA 90660. This posting is for a contract sales opportunity. Specific availability and on-site arrangements will be discussed during the interview. Ready to bring your closing skills to MGR? Apply through Indeed with your resume and a short note telling us: What you have sold and who you sold it to. One measurable example of your closing results, such as conversion rate, enrollments, or sales volume. Do not include confidential customer information. How you follow up with an interested prospect who is not ready to commit on the first conversation. Show us how you build trust, move a conversation forward, and close. Application Question(s): Describe your experience closing sales (not only booking appointments). What did you sell, and what is one measurable example of your results? Do not share confidential customer information. How would you follow up with a prospective student who says, 'I'm interested, but I need to think about it'? Include how you would document the conversation and next step in a CRM. Which CRM tools have you used? Have you reviewed the commission-only structure ($50 workshop deposit/full payment; $150 class deposit; $200 class paid in full; one commission per enrollment with no stacking or later top-up)? Are you interested in these terms, and able to attend the on-site portion of this hybrid role in Pico Rivera?
