What You'll Do As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll help lead day-to-day operations while driving team performance, customer experience, and overall store success. You'll work closely with the Store Manager and leadership team to create a high-performing, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development Help recruit, train, coach, and motivate store associates Build a positive, high-energy team culture Lead by example through strong communication and accountability Customer Experience Deliver exceptional service for contractors and homeowners Build long-term customer relationships Resolve issues quickly and professionally Store Operations Oversee daily store operations and workflow Support inventory management, merchandising, and stock control Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing departments Sales & Performance Help drive sales growth and profitability Monitor KPIs, margins, and operational performance Execute promotions and merchandising strategies Inventory & Merchandising Manage inventory accuracy and product flow Prevent stock shortages and minimize shrinkage Ensure strong product presentation throughout the store Safety & Compliance Maintain a safe work environment Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures What We're Looking For We're looking for motivated leaders who are ready to grow with us.
