Store Manager The role of the Store Manager is to manage and direct the operation of a retail Automotive, Heavy Duty and Radiator Repair Facility engaged in selling tires, related automotive parts and mechanical services. He or She is responsible for the sales and profit results of the location and the quality of its operation, in compliance with company policies and procedures. The store manager is responsible for hiring, training, developing and evaluation a staff who exemplifies quality service, in all aspects, to our customer. He or She is responsible for developing and directing a team of general service technicians who exemplify the highest level of quality and customer service. This position ensures compliance to all company policies and procedures for automotive services. This position must exemplify the highest level of customer service and professional integrity. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities Hire, train, manage and inspire technicians and sales associates. Be able to discuss situations with employees in a professional and positive manner. Ensue strong sales and financials. Maintain company policies, procedures and ensure the security and safety of the facility and employee's. Demonstrate and promote excellent customer service every day. Supervise repair and maintenance quality. Explain service recommendations and options to customers. Pitch in when there is a staffing shortage. Assess the skills and abilities of applicants for auto repair positions. Stay up to date on trends/changes in the Auto Repair Industry. Maintain a professional appearance. Maintain a professional appearance of their assigned location. Sell company promotions. Must complete a minimum of four hours of continuing education per year. Responsible for tracking employees continuing education. Responsible for profit or loss of their assigned location. Set a positive example for all employees.

Trips to Customer and Vendor locations and road testing of vehicles will be required.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
