Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on products and services to enhance their shopping experience Assistant Manager works the "Opening" Shift. Monday thru Thursday 9am to 3pm plus Fridays 9am to 5pm and cover as needed Lead and motivate team members to meet sales targets Build lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. Help manage inventory levels, and monitor equipment Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety protocols at all times, this will include you participating in cleaning. Requirements Proven experience in assistant management or sales associate roles within retail or gym environments Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work atmosphere Excellent customer relationship building and communication skills to engage clients confidently Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Basic math skills necessary This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their management expertise while delivering outstanding service.
