We believe in helping people find natural wellness solutions and educating customers rather than simply pushing products. Position Overview We are looking for a Full Time Wellness Retail Associate who is knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about health, wellness, vitamins, supplements, and holistic health. This position is primarily focused on customer service and retail , helping customers understand our products and find options that fit their wellness goals. Responsibilities Operate the cash register and provide excellent customer service Talk with customers about their wellness goals and help them navigate our products Educate customers about vitamins, supplements, herbs, tonics, and other wellness products Keep retail displays stocked and organized Manage inventory and assist with ordering Prepare smoothies and food as needed Complete daily food prep and maintain a clean workspace Follow food safety and sanitation standards What We're Looking For Strong knowledge of health, wellness, supplements, nutrition, or holistic health Genuine interest in natural and holistic wellness Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, approachable, and comfortable talking with customers Reliable and detail oriented Able to work independently in a fast paced environment Relevant education or experience in nutrition, wellness, herbalism, supplements, or natural health is a major plus We want someone who can educate and genuinely help customers , not simply sell products.

Schedule Full Time:

9am - 6pm. 5 days per week. 40 to 45 hours. Saturdays are required. We are closed Sundays. Your other four workdays can be Monday through Friday, with flexibility to choose one weekday off.

Pay:

From $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
