Back To Results Store Manager Job Description Store Manager Our client needs to hire a Store Manager for their Duncan, SC location. Analyzes and organizes sales operations for location. Responsible for and oversees the delivery of products to all customers served by location. Prepares weekly sales reports based on previous week and sets goals for future. Represents the organization with all referral sources; customers, potential clients, partnering companies and vendors. Communicates as needed with outside sales and home office concerning new developments and/or problems. Responsible for review of sales goals to include customer call log, for confirmation of product delivery and ongoing customer satisfaction. Works with quality improvement staff relative to sales tracking, performance review and location efficiency, as well as customer support and employee engagement. Participates in the interviewing, hiring, training, and firing of employees. Delegates referral process/coordination, staffing coordination, supply inventory, and oversees the completion of these processes.
