Retail Assistant Manager

Duplin Winery is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Retail Manager to help lead our high-volume retail operation. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a proactive approach to daily operations. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, active listening, and the ability to manage a team of 30+ employees with integrity and fairness. Responsibilities include overseeing staff scheduling, conducting daily pre-opening meetings, balancing cash drawers, completing financial reports, and securing the facility at closing. The Assistant Retail Manager will also be responsible for ordering and maintaining inventory, ensuring merchandise is well-stocked, and delivering outstanding customer service to every guest. You must hold a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record. Upon accepting the position, you will be required to obtain a server training certification.
